The latest scientific research together with a comprehensive biopsychosocial approach to our client's care and a variety of both mat and equipment (reformer, stability chair, spine corrector) exercises is used to alleviate pain, rehabilitate injuries, optimize postural alignment, strengthen weak muscles, and correct biomechanics.
